Step 1: The criteria to identify large private business
Before generating queries to the dataset, the user may preset the criteria to determine the cut-off size of the “Largest Business Group.” In the Country Economic Memorandum for the Russian Federation this criterion was set at the level of 20 billion roubles of sales or 20 000 employees. Sizes of largest business groups and their number are adjusted automatically with changes of parameters. Hence, by resetting the required parameters of large business a user can “redraw” trees of large industrial groups.
